When the customer is not only queen, but her name is Margherita, this calls for a truly extraordinary product. After all, it was Queen Margherita who in the 19th century inspired the creation of the Pizza Margherita, the Italian classic in the national colours.

And Schär today offers even the lactose-free variant! A thin and crunchy base, topped with aromatic tomato sauce and best mozzarella cheese, baked in a stone oven. And the basil still adds that touch of green among all the red and white. Truly royal!
