BIO Crispbread With Apple Butter
Lovely smooth homemade apple butter served with gluten free BIO crispbread – ready to be transported to heaven?

|12||Schär BIO Pan Crisp Cereal|
|300 g||apple slices|
|70 g||brown sugar|
|For the topping:|
|1 tbsp||flax seeds|
- Mix the apple slices and brown sugar in a pot then pour in 100ml of hot water.
- Cook until the apple slices become soft and fluffy (the result is even creamier using a hand mixer).
- Spread the prepared apple butter onto the Pan Crisp Cereal and sprinkle with walnuts and linseeds.
