It’s th perfect breakfast treat for kids. Load it up with scrambled eggs and cheese – you might even be able to hide some veggies in there!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Schär gluten free pizza crust
  • 8 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons milk (or non-dairy milk)
  • Butter or oil
  • 6 slices provolone or cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, chopped

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F and place the pizza crust on a large baking sheet.
  2. Whisk the eggs and milk in a small bowl and pour them into a buttered skillet on medium heat.
  3. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring slightly to spread the uncooked egg, until done to your liking.

  • Salt, as needed
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
