I love the artisan multi grain bread and have been using it for awhile. However the last two loaves I have purchased have developed mold either before or shortly after opening (within 2 days). I have never had this happen before. Can you advise me as to the reason.

I noticed when you stopped shipping from Europe and started making it in the US that I could no longer buy the small cheese crackers. They made the best Mac and Cheese....my kids say the recipe on the back was best they've had. Are you bringing it back to the States any time soon?
